Extended Holiday Returns
To make holiday gifting easier, we offer an extended return window for orders placed during the holiday season. Orders placed between 11/1/2025 and 12/31/2025 are eligible for extended returns through 1/31/2026.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed either immediately after inspection at a Happy Returns bar or within 5-7 business days of receiving your item via mail-in. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
