To initiate a return or exchange, visit amberjack.shop/returns and follow the instructions. During the process, you’ll have the option to choose either a drop-off at an Easy Returns location or to mail in your return.

Easy Returns Drop-Off: Choose this option to drop off your item at any Easy Returns location near you. Once the item has been inspected at the drop-off location, your refund will be processed immediately, or your exchange product will be created and shipped shortly after.

Mail-In Returns: If you prefer to mail in your return, select the Mail-In option during the returns checkout. Once we receive your item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. For exchanges, your new item will be sent within the same 5–7 day window after we receive the returned product.
