Amberjack offers a 2-year warranty on all shoes. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as faulty stitching, torn laces, and worn insoles. Normal wear and tear or damage from improper care is not covered.

To start a warranty claim, please email [email protected] with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect. We’ll review your claim and, if approved, provide options for repair or replacement.
